Who Can Apply
We accept applications for learners seeking admission into:
Nursery School
Primary School
Secondary School (National & International Curriculum)
Admissions are open to both new and transferring learners, subject to availability of space and successful assessment where required.
When Admissions Are Open
Train Up A Child Schools admits learners throughout the year, depending on class availability. However, we encourage parents to apply early, especially for nursery and primary classes, as spaces fill quickly.
Our Admissions Process
Our admissions process follows clear and simple steps:
Step 1: Submit the Admission/Registration Form
Parents or guardians are required to complete the online Registration Form or may visit any of our campuses for guided assistance.
For online admissions, a non-refundable registration fee of UGX 170,000 should be paid via Mobile Money to 0701 846 679 (Atayo Annet). After making the payment, kindly enter the Mobile Money Transaction ID in the space provided on the Admission Form to confirm payment.
Step 2: Assessment & Interview
Depending on the class level, learners may undergo a basic assessment to help us understand their academic needs and readiness.
Step 3: Admission Decision
Successful applicants receive an admission offer from the school administration.
Step 4: Enrollment & Orientation
Upon acceptance, parents complete enrollment requirements and receive orientation details to help learners settle in comfortably.
Required Documents
Parents are required to submit the following documents during the enrollment process:
Copy of the learner’s birth certificate
Previous school report (for transferring learners)
Two recent passport-size photographs
Transfer letter (where applicable)
Additional requirements may apply depending on the class level.
